Pop'd Kerns are Gluten-free, made with Non-GMO ingredients, no artificial flavors or colors, no preservatives, no trans fats, and no cholesterol. The listed ingredients for Cheddar are: Whole corn, soybean or sunflower oil, sea salt, cheddar cheese powder (cheddar cheese [pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes] disodium phosphate), whey, buttermilk powder, dried cane syrup, natural flavor, onion powder, lactic acid, citric acid, extractive of paprika, less than 2% silicon dioxide (added to prevent caking).
