Trust in the Lord Hand-Lettered Wood Slice Ornament, by Our Backyard Studios in Mill Creek, WA. We have cut, dried, sliced, sanded, painted, and sealed these wood slice ornaments right here in Washington State. Each features a free-hand painted design (no stencils, transfers, or prefabricated patterns were used in the creation of this artwork). This one reads: "Trust in the Lord" in black hand-lettering against cream background.
Size will vary as each cut of wood is different, but ornament will measure roughly 2.5-3 inches in diameter, and 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick. Front and sides are sealed with satin varnish. Top has a metal screw eye with jute twine hanger. Back side is left unfinished, ready for your personalization (which we include for free!).
This is a handmade item, not a reproduction - while meticulous attention has been placed on quality, it is not machine-reproduced-perfection. As with all hand-made artwork, brush-strokes are visible, and little imperfections that are characteristic of an item uniquely and lovingly made by the human hand. Ornament you receive will not be exact ornament in photo, but will be made exactly the same way (just know that since every slice of wood is different, and they are lettered free-hand, your ornament will not be an exact copy).
